About Dr. Hitesh Laad

Dr. Hitesh Laad founded the “Authentic Hair Transplant and Cosmetic Centre” in Pune with a commitment to delivering the highest international standard of advanced, ethical, safe, and effective treatments in the realms of hair transplant, cosmetology, and cosmetic surgery. His goal is to establish an ethical facility equipped with cutting-edge technology and expertise, benefiting both patients and the wider community. With extensive training, knowledge, and experience in cosmetic surgeries such as hair transplant, rhinoplasty, liposuction, abdominoplasty, gynecomastia surgery, and various breast reshaping procedures including augmentation, reduction, and mastopexy, Dr. Laad is dedicated to providing comprehensive care. A.O.( Biel, Switzerland) recognized Principle course in Craniomaxillofacial Reconstruction, undergone the advanced international course in Maxillofacial Reconstruction organized by A.O. Synthes (Switzerland),
CME on Liposuction and Body Contouring, Sian Hospital, has completed the basic course in Microsurgical Techniques conducted by Indian Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery,
S.O.R.G (Strausbourg osteosynthes group). Course on Head and Neck Reconstruction and Oncosurgery.

With his vast knowledge and training, Dr. Hitesh Laad has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Reconstructive, Cosmetic, and Plastic Surgery at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Chinchwad, Pune, for six years. During this time, he actively contributed to the training and mentoring of DNB (General Surgery) students, as well as other Doctors and nurses.

He has many publications in aesthetic improvement of complex burn deformities of face and limbs in national journals.

Consultation:I visited Doctor Hitesh for hair transplant consultation. I must tell you he is very patient and calm person and listens to you and understands your requirements. I was looking for front hair line and crown area transplant. He is very honest and upfront on what is possible and what is not. How much bald area can be covered, how much grafts we have, and all the relevant information is given up front. During our consultation, it seems I was not asking important questions and then he asked them on my behalf to himself and got them clarified for me:-). After the consultation his assistant doctors were also helpful and showed some before and after result and they were convincing. Surgery: After being satisfied by consultation I decided to do hair line and crown transplant. I have to insist here that the whole process is very delicate and needs precision, but Dr. Hitesh and his team of doctors are really expert and have lot of experience in this area and were handling it gracefully.
